Not arrived still! Ordered on 4th December!!

Please refer to your emails for a full copy of what I sent to you on 13/12

I did contact you on 13/12 to advise that Royal Mail appear to have mislaid some of our parcels that they collected on 4/12. I am waiting for your reply so that I can either replace or refund you for the items.
